We advise on facility agreements, security documents (mortgages, pledges, guarantees), and compliance with SBP and SECP rules. We assist lenders with due diligence and enforcement, and borrowers with negotiation and restructuring. When disputes arise—whether in recovery, guarantee calls, or regulatory matters—we represent clients in negotiations and in court. Our experience spans conventional and Islamic finance structures used in Pakistan.
